Account & Login

Registering is free and takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page, enter your mobile number or email address, choose a password and fill in your basic details. You will receive a one-time verification code on your mobile to confirm your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit straight away. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" below the login fields. Enter the mobile number or email address registered to your account. A reset code or link will be sent within a minute. Enter the code, set a new password and log in normally. If you no longer have access to the registered contact details, reach out to live support — they can verify your identity manually and help restore access.

Accounts are locked automatically after several consecutive wrong password attempts as a security precaution. The lock usually lifts on its own after 15–30 minutes. If you need access sooner, use the password reset option or contact our live support team via chat. If you believe someone else was trying to access your account, let support know and they can review the login activity and add extra security.

No — each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against GamesPKR's terms and conditions. If a second account is detected, both accounts may be suspended and any bonus winnings forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support as soon as possible to resolve the situation before any further action is taken.

Yes. Before your first withdrawal, a one-time identity verification is required. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or other accepted ID document. This is a standard security measure to confirm that only the verified account holder can withdraw funds. Verification is typically completed within a few hours. Once done, it does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

GamesPKR supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no hidden fees charged by GamesPKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant or arrive within a few minutes. Raast transfers are also very fast — usually under 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank, sometimes up to a few hours during business days. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes and you have a confirmed transaction reference, contact our live support team with the reference number and they will investigate immediately.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have a lower minimum to keep things accessible for all players. There is no maximum deposit limit set by GamesPKR, though your payment provider may apply its own daily limits.

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — withdrawals are processed back to the same method you deposited with where possible. Enter the amount and confirm. First-time withdrawals require identity verification to be completed beforehand. Once approved, processing times depend on the method: mobile wallet withdrawals are usually fastest, bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within a few hours. If yours has been pending longer than expected, first check whether your identity verification is complete — an unverified account will hold all withdrawals. If verification is done and it has been more than 24 hours, contact our live support team with your withdrawal reference number. They can check the status and escalate if needed.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available to all new players on their first deposit. When you deposit PKR and the bonus is active, a percentage of your deposit is added to your account as bonus credit. The bonus credit must meet wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn as real money.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) mean you need to place a certain total amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using that bonus. Your progress is tracked automatically in your account dashboard. Not all game types contribute equally — slots often count 100%, while sports bets may count at a lower rate. Yes — you can request a withdrawal of your real-money deposit balance at any time. However, if you do this before meeting wagering requirements, the active bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. Your real-money balance is always yours to withdraw. Only the bonus portion is subject to wagering conditions. If you are unsure which part of your balance is real money versus bonus, check your account wallet section.

Cricket Betting & Games

Go to the Betting section and select cricket from the sports menu. You will see all currently available matches — PSL games, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures are listed with their odds. Click on the match you want to bet on, select your market (match winner, top batsman, total runs, etc.), enter your stake in PKR and confirm. Your bet is placed immediately and appears in your active bets list. You must have sufficient real-money balance to cover the stake.

If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, bets are generally voided and your stake is returned to your real-money balance. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather but still reaches a valid result under DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method, bets are usually settled based on the official result. Specific settlement rules for each market are outlined in the Betting terms. When in doubt, check your bet slip or contact support.
